BREWSTER, NEW YORK  - On May 14, 2025, Mazzotta Rentals hosted a dynamic leadership and partner event at its newly opened Brewster, NY branch. The gathering brought together a cross-section of key company leaders and valued partners to foster collaboration and plan for the company’s continued growth.

Attendees included sales representatives, branch managers, marketing, human resources, the safety department, company owners, and special guests: Joe Leinwol from Magni and Mike Martelli from JLG. The event marked the first official leadership gathering at the new Brewster location, which officially opened its doors on May 1, 2025.

Throughout the day, the group engaged in discussions around Mazzotta Rentals’ strategic plans for 2025-2026, a review of territories and market opportunities, and open dialogue on what’s working well and areas that could benefit from a tune-up. The overarching theme of the event centered on what sets Mazzotta apart in a competitive market: best-in-class service, comprehensive training, and an unwavering commitment to safety.

The program included four classroom setting presentations designed to educate and inspire the team:

Chris Pera, Mazzotta’s Chief Operating Officer, hosted the event and led the discussions and introductions.

Joe Leinwol, Chief Sales Officer, Magni America provided insights on Magni’s history, equipment innovations and how they can support evolving customer needs. He reinforced how Magni’s products can save time on the job site plus significant labor costs.

Mike Martelli, (District Sales Manager, JLG Industries) delivered an in-depth presentation on JLG’s current product offerings and best practices for application and service. His main focus was on the new to market ES1930M Micro-Sized Scissor Lift, boasting a 30” wide platform.

Cory Watson, Mazzotta’s Human Resources Director, briefly addressed the group. She spoke about the company’s rapid growth, the creation of new roles, and how Mazzotta is filling them with exceptional talent.

At the beginning of 2024, Mazzotta had 55 employees. Today, that number has grown to 108.

Mat Gerber, Mazzotta’s own Safety Manager, led an engaging session on the company’s safety culture, current training programs, and new initiatives aimed at elevating safety standards across all branches. He kindly reminded everyone to wear their vests and safety glasses in the yard... because fashion takes a back seat to safety

The day’s collaborative spirit underscored Mazzotta Rentals’ ongoing investment in leadership development, customer value, and market differentiation.
